my image is 100x100pixels, RGB colors, photoshop jpeg format, I uploaded it directly from my desktop using the nice system in "my s2000", and yet it won't show!!!
What's wrong? I even tried different ones (including a bikini pic of my gf )

 

I had trouble too when I first tried. Is it less than 5K big? Did you click on the little circle to allow you to use a custom one?

Click the yes button where is sez custom avatar and make sure it's < 5K

i have a 3K image, 60x42 pixels, GIF, 72dpi, web colors, and it still says it's too big!!

I don't know !!! maybe you should try to make it to be something like JPG file..to see if it is gonna work!!
