sometimes when I go into Mys2k everything I contributed to (if that's what you want to call it ) show's up, other times nothing....can I change the settings on that?

 

I thought it was just me........................almost like there is an expiration or something.

 

It expires with your session. If you log out it will empty that list. As people post replies they will come back. Contributed topics is actually a search like get new posts. It's a get topics that I have replied to that have been updated since the start of my session search. The results are variable as you've noticed.

Contributed topics is more a hint than a definitive list. If you want something more concrete you should use topic subscription. I still personally find it useful though.
