Anyone else notice that some of the posts in the threads are disappearing? I have seen several instances of this, where one user's post will be there, then a few minutes later upon refreshing the thread, they are gone.

Now... is this another gremlin having a hoot in the servers or are the mods acting weird again?

 

Yes, I thought it was my imagination (or a senior moment), but the last few days, I have made posts that I swear I hit "add reply", then to only find that it's not there anymore. Thinking back, it had to have made it to the thread, because I would get email notification of new replies to a thread that doesn't have any posts from me in it and didn't subscribe to. I've had to go back and re-reply. Odd.

 

Happened to me yesterday too. I thought I misclicked something but now I'm not sure.

 

I was thinking the same as you guys. I actually quoted someone, only to find that BOTH posts had disappeared.....

to say nothing of the spell checker... that thing has gone absolutly crazy.

 

I started a thread this morning and it is nowhere to be found. It doesn't show up under "all posts by this member."

 

I have yet to see this happen myself.

 

Sideways, I tried to find it via "All member's posts" too and it wasn't in there for me eigther.

cthree, it is happening but seems very random. I haven't picked up a pattern yet. The posts will just vanish, sometimes 2 and 3 at a time. Quoted posts, regular posts, and now.. as sideways has pointed out, entirely new threads.

I thought I was having an episode as well.. I made a few posts and went back and there was nothing there.
