I live in Jackson, MS, so I'd be down for a Mid - South region. I just moved down here from Nashville. Also, I race Time Trials with NASA in the SE and Mid South regions.

 

Do we have any solid numbers yet. I am not going to be to sticky if the numbers are not exact.

 

HG, as far as numbers go, we've had 10 people post on here that currently live in the Mid-South area. Memphis and its suburbs have a population of over a million itself. I think there is potential for this forum just based on that although it all comes down to how actively the CO's will work to grow the community in the future.

While I'm not from the proposed area, I am very close, and since my area rarely has any sort of organization I'll attend things you guys put together whenever I can!

There's a SCCA autocross scheduled Oct. 29th and 30th,we could see about getting the S2000 group togather there.Maybe do a little cookout bench racing and autocrossing.I think it would be really cool to bring 25 or 30 S2000s and take over the event.I almost forgot the event is at the Millington airport.
