Been a gold member for about a decade on this site. I remember like the first year or two, gold members received ID cards but then nothing in subsequent years. I noticed in the membership section right now, gold members should be receiving ID cards again as well as license plate frames (new for 2015)? Should we have received them by now? Thanks!

 

I've asked IB for an update. I was under the impression membership cards had been included with new memberships since last year.

 

Renewing Gold members will receive a membership card and license plate frame when they renew. If you've renewed in the past 8-10 months you should've received the card, if not send an email to support@s2ki.com so we can look into it.

Somewhere in the renewal process, there should have been an address form (maybe an external Google doc) which is what IB uses to send out Gold membership items. Do you recall seeing that and filling it out?
