New Single Start Menu

The Start Menu is now the same in all sections of the site.

Is there a way to change the color of the start menu? When it drops down it is a dark blue. The text is also blue. Very hard to see. Thanks.

It's dark blue background w/ white text. Thats about as contrasting as you can get
