I could be wrong about it being related to response...just now I got it when I hit the little blue arrow to the left of the topic. But when I tried a different approach (going to the last page), no prob.

90% of the time, the message goes through even though i get the error.
funny thing is, at least once for me, it seemed to mysteriously bypass flood control...
