Peeves managing PMs
I have three pet peeves when trying to organize my PM's into different mailboxes.
First, the pulldown for "move to" always defaults to the current mailbox. WTF?? That is NEVER the mailbox you want to move a message to, and always forces an extra action to select the right one. Of course it's impossible for the application to know what the right selection should be, but ANY other choice is more likely to be right. It's just dumb to default to the one choice that is always wrong.
Second, when you hit the "move to" you are taken to the destination mailbox. This sucks because usually I am distributing PMs from my Inbox or Sent Items to archival folders. After each move I must click back to the original mailbox and wait for a screen refresh before being able to proceed with the next move. It would be a lot more convenient if the "move to" left you on the same page you were on.
Third, I would really like a way to see my Inbox and Sent Items together, so I can select and move an entire conversation at once instead of having to do it twice. In fact, I would be happier if all the Sent Items just showed up in the Inbox rather than having their own folder.

If we are looking for PM wishlists ... 
Being able to select multiple names from the "buddy list" to generate a muli-person PM. Like directions to a meet or a regional contact list, etc.
Haveing the traditional CC and BCC features from e-mail onto PM. It is effectivly sent as BCC now. It might be nice to have a reply to all for get together planning etc, that may not be 100% public information.

There is a huge laundry list of things I'd like to see in PMs (how about status other than just read or unread like forwarded or replied?) I'm not sure the new software will address them all (I'm pretty sure it wont) but it should deal with some of the most glaring issues.
MyS2K is going to change significantly with v5 as I'm writing an entirely new one. Some of the convenience features (like PM'ing a group of buddies) will be handled there. Much is TBD
