When I look at the info in the Library the photos do not load, is there something that I don't have on my PC?

First of all, is this still an issue? Sometimes small temporary glitches correct themselves. The images in the Library and the Gallery and those Gallery images that are posted in the forums are stored on a file server, not on the web server so while the page may load it is possible that the connection from the web server to the file server may be broken. If the banners also fail to show up (they are also stored on the file server) then this may be the issue. If it is then it is temporary, we'll fix it as soon as we notice it and can.

If you think that isn't the issue, what doe you get intead of images? Is it an empty box with a red X or is it a red box with the words "fail to create image variation"? If it is a red X, can you right-click the broken image and select "Show Picture". Does that load the image?

Stil not working? Please tell us what OS and what Browser you are using including versions.

Red cross, I tried right click still nothing. I have internet explorer that came with windows xp home edition which I bought 12 months ago. when I go to properties it does not state which version it is.
