Default Please bring back Tapatalk support; Rant on IB App

Ok it's been what 3 days of having to use the Internet Brands App on my iPhone 5s iOS 8.1 but I just can't take it anymore!!

First off, I'm pretty sure the forum admins have made their mind and set their course but hopefully an impassioned plea might bring about change.

Now on to the rant:
#1 the icon is a horrendous eyesore as opposed to the polished tapatalk icon
#2 interface on the IB app is overall clunky
#3 participated threads: I use to use this feature all the time on tapatalk to stay up to date with the threads that I was actively involved in - on the IB APP (hidden under a menu called CURRENT/PARTICIPATED) it brings up random threads that have absolutely no pertinence to me
#4 share button: how in the hell do you share an interesting thread to a friend in IB app? On tapatalk it was readily available by the right menu button from any thread
#5 I can't think of anymore because I really don't feel like using the APP unless absolutely necessary, so I have no desire to maladroitly trip and stumble my way through these kludgy features.

Imagine if a final edition s2000 came out that had shittier steering, decreased visibility, less power/torque, halogen headlights, 15" rims with rear drums and a auto slush box that's what using the IB app feels like to me

What solution was administration trying to solve by migrating from tapatalk to this garbage?

IB app has been around for a while now.

All of the IB sites have been removed from tapatalk. I don't have much more really to add besides what was posted above. Sorry. I was given the notice of this basically the day before they removed it. I've used the app for a few years now and I agree, it's not great.

Aw that's why it wasn't working....
I liked the fact that I got emails... That's how I've been researching on the s2000. Various threads that I subscribed to...

After downloading IB... The little bar at the bottom doesn't show full icons or labels under them...
How do I add an image from this app?
And you can stop the emails as far as I know
From the app, slide from the left, uncheck subscriptions
Quotes
messages
And mention in a post.

IB auto group has participated threads, and such and posts by user.
I wouldn't mind it if it didn't look like the first version of android. Wish it looks more like android kit kat or lollipop.

I really, really dislike IB's app. Tapatalk is not only easier to use, but I can click on the first picture on a page and scroll through. I can even easily save pictures!

I've tried using IB, I have. Then I tried s2ki through the browser on my phone, and it takes me awhile to navigate. Now, I don't go on s2ki on mobile. It's sad but whatever, it's IB's loss in traffic.

I don't have anything to compare the tapatalk and ib app since I primarily use the full site version but I do know that I have asked about tapatalk and I'm fairly certain it won't be coming back. I'm not a big fan of the IB app either (especially for moderating), but until they update it, that's the best "app" we've got.

That's unfortunate, I'm sorry to hear that.

Does anyone find this new shitty mobile interface ridiculously difficult and cumbersome as well?

#1 & #1a gripes

#1
Cannot add image attachments without app crashing

#1a
Sharing a thread with someone is ridiculously cumbersome and limited to email.

The thing I hate the most, and why I don't even bother using the IB app, is you can't click on a picture and scroll through all pics on a post, or even on a page. You have to do it one at a time.

I hate the new app as well. Most times it fails to load threads, never loads pictures. Adding pictures crashes the app.
