Please Explain
My membership expired with no notice. I never got a membership card telling me when my membership expired. I can no longer get or send PM's. I have messages to respond to. over 24 hours ago I made a payment via paypal. and yet nothing has changed with my account...
Can someone who runs a business explain this level of customer service or lack there of to me?
Seems to me, that a notice should be an automatic thing to keep this from happening, additionally, once payment is made ( it certainly accepted my money) memebership should be automatically renewed.
Am I expecting to much as a customer?
