Hi Folks,

I hve had a couple of PM's tody sent to me, usually a message pops up in it's own box, saying message to read.

I do not seem to be getting the pop up box anymore? Does anyone else have this issue?

I just get a notification telling me that a pop-up has been blocked, same as always.

Still have the same trouble accessing my PM box though.

 

I never had a box that pops up!

Make sure you have YES selected on the appropriate option.

Make sure you have popup blockers off, or allowed for s2ki

 

I have checked this out as well.

The option is set to allow a pop-up window. However, even with the pop-up blocker switched off I still don't get the popup window.

 

Yes, it's been awhile since I've seen the popup notification.

 

The pop up notification went away when they did the redesign.. In the setup section, it still has the pop-up notification yes/no question, but it doesn't seem to be working..

 

It works for me, it just pops up a normal browser window open to your PM inbox.

It's not supposed to do that but it doesn't matter because it's being replaced with a different sort of notification anyway. It will be fixed when I change the notification for new PMs.

 

The new PM notification has been updated and it no longer pops up a window (it's pop-up blocker safe). It's now also less intrusive as it doesn't require that you do anything. You can simply ignore it and it will go away and it won't interfere with the page you are trying to read.

What exactly is it supposed to do? Mine just shows 1 PMs in the upper right next to MyS2k & Settings but it is very easy to overlook.
