The last time I checked my PM wax was 40 something percent full. Today it says its full and I haven't even received any new messages.

 

Your status shows as guest. If you were a member and your membership expired, changing your status to guest, then your allottment of space for PM's would decrease. This would account for a sudden change in what percentage of your PM space you have used.
