Thumbs up Is the PM notification gone?
Probably been asked but didn't see it.
I used to always get the green flashing banner on the top when I had a new PM. I no longer get that.
I checked the board settings and I have it enabled to give a notifications but hasn't for probably about a month or so now.

I have no idea. I can't recall the last time I experienced the green bar.
