Hey, i'm trying to include a pic in my post but the pic is located in another website. I've tried referencing a pic from shutterfly as well as from my yahoo photo album. For one, the pic does not show up in the post, just the url (I'm using the "IMG" button in the post thread tools) and secondly, even when you do click on the url, it doesn't work. Am I missing something? How do you guys do it?

 

A lot of sites don't allow you to "steal" their bandwidth and prevent linking pics from any other domain. You have to be coming from their domain to view the pic in question.

If a website allows hotlinking their content then the pic will show up in the post. The obvious solution is to save the pic and upload it into your own S2KI member photo album
