So I got an e-mail from s2ki this morning saying I had a PM from a member looking for advice on wheels that work over a BBK. I then logged into s2ki to reply and there is no notification, and the message doesn't show up in Messenger. I noticed that some posts that I read last night have been removed as well.

Was there a fix done to the database overnight or something that might have caused this PM to disappear?

 

I've had the same thing happen on occasion, but the pm is in my inbox and doesn't show as new.

I'll check with IB for their input.

 

Thanks Sam. It was my HPDE1 student from this past weekend, and I told him to look me up on s2ki, so I would really like to reply to him.

 

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, King Tut! If you don't mind, I have a couple of follow-up questions as we try to isolate the issue:

1. Does this happen with every PM you receive or is it sporadic?
2. What internet browser are using you when visiting S2KI (i.e. Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Safari)?

This is the first time it has ever happened. I woke up and had an e-mail from s2ki saying I got a PM and when I logged into s2ki I had no notification and no PM in my inbox. I visit s2ki with IE and Firefox depending on which computer I check.
