Are you running a firewall?

When you say "won't let me" what does it say?

if you want to do it by email send a mail to support@s2ki.com

Various people have various problems from time to time and to be completely honest I'm not always sure what the problem is. You aren't the only one who can't access from some computers but can from others. airgate is also have repeated problems with this.

Unfortunately there is no way for us to diagnose the problem without some significant diagnostic work. That will take some time and some effort on your part. The best thing to do is IM me with AIM during the day sometime so we can go over what some of the problems might be. I'll need to do this from the computer that doesn't work. I may need to access your computer remotely to see what settings and softwares you have that might be causing the issue. I'm 80% sure it's related to firewall or security settings or software. My AIM id is in my profile.

I have a similar problem. When I attempt to log onto S2KI at home via my cable modem, the browser "times out" due to no reply. I have tried Firefox as well as IE.

I can connect to S2KI on the same computer via dial-up - albeit much slower. Similar to Moemers, my S2KI account seems to have nothing to do with it. If I use a cloaking service like www.the-cloak.com, I can contact the site via cable. So, it appears to be related to my static ip address.

To confirm this, I performed a trace route (tracert in Windows XP). You'll notice that I get replies from every server except for S2KI. If I perform the same trace route via my dial-up, the reply after #12 is S2KI. Here it is:

Tracing route to 64.62.178.153 over a maximum of 30 hops

For some reason S2KI is blocking my cable ip address. Thank you for looking into this, cthree. PM follows.

-------------------------------

If any of you want to try a trace from your computer, go to a DOS prompt and type:

tracert www.s2ki.com
<or>
tracert 64.62.178.153

They are looking into whether the server is blocking a range of ip addresses, including mine. As of yesterday, I'm still blocked.

This is the same issue I have posted about twice. This is exactly the same issue I am having. I contacted Sprint DSL and it has to do with my ip address. They said they had recently purchased a set of addresses that were previously owned by a known spammer. This has caused some customers not to be able to access certain sites because the ip addresses they were using were being blocked. I think we should all post our ip addresses to see if they are within this same range. I can access from home but not from work which is where I have sprint. I will take down the IP address and post it here next time I have a chance. I wouldn't count on S2KI getting this cleared up anytime soon because I posted about this over a month ago with little to no response. Not trying to upset anyone here but we would like to be a vendor thus posting products for members and support the site financially. Therefore, I think this should be a priority especially since it seems like many other members are having the same issue.
