Problems with S2Ki site
I got the below email from a S2Ki user, can anyone help?

I resubscribed to the S2KI site within the past few months and am now having problems
with posting anything, sending PMs, email or just about anything.
Here's one of the error messages which occurs:
Sorry, an error occurred. If you are unsure on how to use a feature, or don't know
why you got this error message, try looking through the help files for more information.
The error returned was:
Sorry, you are not permitted to send an email via this board
Can you help me or get me the phone number of Petersen Enterprises so that I can
get past this problem. It's important to me that i be able to communicate via the
web and the S2KI site.

Not to mention, the tlephone number for Petersen Enterprises doesn't require anyone to logon to get it.
