This is a problem with your browser not the site. It doesn't happen to anyone else.

Are you using any sort of script blocker like NoScript or similar?

I'm using Google Chrome as my primary web browser and it works fine with no issues. I've tested this also in Safari, Firefox, Opera and IE and there is no issue. Are you sure you click elsewhere, once the drop down menu pops up? If you open it, and don't click elsewhere it will stay open, even if you scroll the page up or down; this is normal.

It works fine with chrome. Turn off your extensions and you'll find the culprit. Start with ad blocking plugins.

Does the page load with the menu open?

Are there any Javascript or other errors reported by the browser? You can see by opening the developer tools panel (view -> developer -> developer tools on my Mac) and selecting Console and then Errors.

Navigate to any page where the menu is open and then open the error console (see above) and if you see anything listed please copy them to this topic. You should not see anything listed under Errors.

What version of Chrome are you using? Also, clear your cache to be sure it's not using a cached versions of those javascript libraries
