Default Quick question about PM tracking...
If a PM no longer appears as "unread but recipient" but also does not appear in the "read by recipient" section, does that mean it was deleted without being read?

are you sure the length of tracking period is correct? Meaning if you look it only shows tracking for 10 days. You can change that in timeframe in the drop down box.

Yeah, the PM was sent yesterday. I got a response to it right after I posted this question, but it still hasn't showed up in my "read by recipient" section. No biggie, but kinda weird.
