Re. New Flood Control.
The new flood control logic is a little frustrating. After submitting a topic / posting, one cannot press the QUOTE / NEW TOPIC button for 30 seconds, so sit around staring out the window. 30 seconds between postings seems reasonable - however by being throttled by not being able to formulate a message, the limit has actually been raised to 30 - 32seconds + message formulation time.
