Tim, simple. Rule is no cross posting (aka spamming)

 

Rule of thumb is that if a thread appears repeated and largely unaltered in more than 3 different forums it's a candidate for being considered SPAM. It's not a rule that it's 3 forums specifically but the further you get from 3 the more it smells like SPAM the more offensive it becomes.
