i spoke with a sr. manager with paypal. and she told me to have s2ki send me an invoice or for s2ki to contact them to pinpoint exactly how and were the error is happening. who would take care of something like this?
There have been many transactions processed this month, and no problems.
I don't understand why we would send you an invoice.
