If there is a problem with it it may be in loading the s2ki logo which is displayed at the top of the page. If the login page address begins "https://www.paypal.com/" and there is a "lock" icon on your browser window then you are "probably" really connected to paypal. If you click the "lock" icon it should show your the certificate information for the site. The certificate should belong to PayPal and the address www.paypal.com
