Report buttons not working

Report buttons not working
Recently one of the threads I was watching seems to have gone off the deep end. A few of the posts were too personal and I tried to report them. It appears the report button doesn't work. I just get an error that says I don't have permission to view that page. Is the report system working correctly?

Maybe it got dumped while you were trying to report it. 
Can you provide a link to referenced thread?

This is what is says to me:
