Badges are a fun thing, thus he will do the set up of badges when he get's a chance. He may just be busy.

 

I do the photo badges once a week. As HondaGal says, it is a fun thing.

I don't give Photo badges out, that is up to RichUK, like it says in the badge thread in the photo forum.
