We are starting to plan for the next update of the website and we are looking for any assistance that anyone can offer. Specifically we need help from any experienced PHP developers, testers, writers, project managers, etc.

This next upgrade of functionality will in many respects be a return to more baseline versions of underlaying software packages. In version 3.0 we chose to use a content management package named eZPublish but many many things have happened since then. We spent an enormous amount of time customizing to get the functionality we needed but I don't feel we ever got it just right. There is still a lot missing, particularly with the Library.
