Maybe your membership expired.

 

That's exactly what happened. Surprised it took almost two months to notice though

 

Yeah but even when I didnt have a membership I was able to PM and now that I have another membership it still doesnt have old PMs that I got from Cthree last year that I need.

 

From 2000-2009 that didn't make a difference or I had no problems even the few months I didn't have a membership, thus me complaining about trying to fix something that is not broken.

People do that all the time with work, sites, whatever, and sometimes it creates more problems than it solves.

Anyway I guess I can't get those PM's back which sucks. E46fanatics, NSXprime, Zpost, E90post, etc do not have these types of issues..

We have had for a very long time limited pm storage for non paying members. With a membership the pm storage size is 50,000 messages. You have had a membership since Nov 09, with a 2 month hiatus from Nov 10 to now, so there is a good possibility that the pm storage size was maxed out (until you renewed)

You should check the number of messages you do have in your pm box. To do this it is at the bottom right of the screen when you are in your pm screen. Click the last page of your pm's to see what the earliest date you have, maybe the pm's you are looking for are still there.
