Not sure but I had a whole bunch come back due to whacky addresses. About 30 in all I guess. I'd have redirected them but there was no way to determine what the addresses were. It might have been a labeling problem or a problem with the data entered on the form. I have about a dozen waiting on black decals and unfortunately Bob you are not one of them. I have to assume yours was lost in the mail or was one of the unlucky ones that came back undeliverable. Rest assured, all those that came back went to good homes 
I haven't done much with them as I'm basically out of stock at the moment. As soon as I have a fresh supply I'll rework the request form to do better address checking and start taking requests again.
If you have not received a decal and want one, whether you've filled out the form previously or not, I'd ask that you fill it out again and I'll do my best to get them out with better reliability this time. Like I said, I have almost none left so if you'll have a bit of patience with us I'll make an announcement as soon as we get some more in.
