New England has always had pretty liberal rules when it come to selling items ie guests can sell etc etc whereas Metro has always followed the rules of the board (you need a membership to post a local for sale or the thread gets deleted). Now I don

 

We only recommend communities follow the site policy which is no selling outside of the For Sale forums. We can't force communities to follow it because they enforce the rules in their forums and if they don't enforce the rules then...
