Thumbs up server is too busy

Sorry, an error occurred. If you are unsure on how to use a feature, or don't know why you got this error message, try looking through the help files for more information.

The error returned was:

Sorry, the server is too busy to handle your request, please try again in a moment

I've been receiving this message way too frequently these past few days between 7am - 3pm. Is this due to traffic or some kind of procedure that the server goes through on a daily basis Monday - Friday

If you guy will look at the bottom of teh page, there is a text straing like "ge generated in 0.4462 seconds with 24 queries on server shark (7.83% load average)"

I have seen it as high as 345% So there is something eating the servers time. I doubt it is traffic. This has been going on since mid day yesterday as far as I can tell.

Might be connected to the gallery problem we were having?

Fixed.

There is a process on the webserver that goes out of control. I'm not sure why but it isn't critical so I killed it. It has to do with logging but like I said it's not important so I got rid of it.

Should smooth out.
