I keep seeing "Free SteveC" and other funny pics on posts and in sigs so I have to ask:

was he finally banned????

He began to piss of mods and admins instead of just users. It's too bad, he amused me.

Edit for more info:

I guess he was asked to tone things down and didn't. He was banned and then created additional accounts to get around the ban. That made the ban permanent.

Edit 2: Didn't notice this was in site info. I'm certainly not qualified to respond to this in here, but that's the version as I know it. I'm sure if theyre so inclined, the mods/admins will put up a much fuller version of the story.

 

Would love to hear the mods side of this story...

He had it coming IMHO especially if he mouthed off to one of the higher ups like he does to the rest of us.

Knowledgable or not he was too abrupt on every post to do any good.

Mods feel free to lock or destroy this thread at will. I am sure cthree and the rest dont need too many threads talking about the same subject.

 

Mods have no additional rights to respect than users.

Steve broke site rules, specifically personal insults to others.

He broke them one too many times, after plenty of warnings.

Now he is gone.
