I guess it is the DB server going down and being reset has screwed some things. I just IM'd cthree and asked if the site had had a woopsie - he confirmed it had, and ran off, i guess he is busy trying to fix things

We lost power to our whole rack and all the servers rebooted. Some had the wrong time. It's been fixed. Oops.
