Default Sponsorship refund.

I am having trouble getting a refund for a sponsorship charge that was charged to me that I didn't want. I was a sponsor for a month a back in november/december. I just wanted to do it for a month to see how it worked. No complaints about the response I recieved, but for the modest profit I recieve for my products I need to keep a limit on my advertising spending. I would like to become a sponsor again in the spring.
Anyways, I have been charged twice since then for sponsorships even though i only wanted to be a sponsor for the one month. The first charge I did get a refund for, but again when I was charged this lastest time, I have not been able to get a refund. I am emailed both Mike and Erik mutilple times about this. Mike I have gotten responses from but nothing from Erik and apparently he is the one that is in charge of the vendor accounts.
So I am just frustrated that I havn't been getting any response to this and no refund, so I thought maybe posting here would get the problem noticed. Please let me know there is any other way I can resolve this.
Thanks.

The best process is keep on mike. Erik is moving right now so he will be off line. Sales@s2ki goes to the main helpdesk email which would delay a response. I can take a baseball bat to mike if you want I likes it.

Let us know.

As someone who does advertise to market my products/services, I don't think you can judge your success (or failure) on a one month campaign. I believe that you need at least 6months to a year to see the results.

As a consumer, just because I see your ad in January, doesn't mean I'll buy from you in January. But I *might* buy from you in April/May.

Best of luck to you though

You were only charged for one month. A credit was issued to you in mid-December. You might want to recheck your records.

I'm moving house and am off for the next week while I get my office back up and running. As such I don't have access to my accounting or email records but I do remember looking into your situation and recall that you were billed in November and credited for some unknown reason then billed again in December which I did not credit as it was the only payment on your account. If you check your statements for November and December I think you'll find that you are net one month.

If you check and see that I'm mistaken I will reconcile the difference next week once I have my life back together.

I have no complaints at all for the response I received from advertising here. It was very positive. I do plan on becoming a sponsor again in another month or two. No hard feelings here at all towards the board, just wanted to get this issue resolved.

I really would appreciate it. I checked my bank records and emailed you before what I am seeing....3 charges...1 refund.
- Charge on 11/20/07
- Charge on 12/20/07
- Refund on 12/21/07
-Charge on 1/22/08

So I was correctly charged in November for my month. Then December incorrectly charged, but refunded, then January incorrectly charged again.
Let me know if that helps.
I appreciate your response.

just dispute it with your credit card company - they will fix it for you
