Have you considered that people post images, smilies and all sorts of things linked from all over the web? When you open a thread your browser loads all of those images from the servers where they reside, not just s2ki.
Service is 80, ie port 80 which is http or web service. That means it is connecting to a web server, probably to load an image someone linked in with the IMG tags.
I don't see an S2KI window, is there one open? Were you browsing the site at the time this happened? If not what leads you to the conclusion that it is related to s2ki? Curious.
