It's nice to be able to post polls, and the current polls, which use radio buttons to allow you to check your most preferred choice, is good when the question is such that it makes sense to pick only one answer.

However, sometimes it would be nice to post a slightly different kind of poll - one where it's intended that people can choose more than one answer. For example, if I posted a poll on "what are the defining characteristics of a sports car", people might want to choose both "two seats" and "rear wheel drive" rather than being limited to just one.

So my suggestion: when people post a poll, let them decide whether the answers should be selected using radio buttons or using check boxes.

 

I guess that is WAY down the priority list, but a nice to have idea.
