Time Stamp Error? Or Just Me?

Default Time Stamp Error? Or Just Me?
So I've chosen Pacific Time Zone in the 'settings' but my time stamp still appears 1 hour off? In other words, it's 10:36am now but this post will appear 9:36am. How to fix???

BTW, same problem here.

Change your Board Settings, Check the Is DST in effect option. Fixes it right up.
