I remember that you were talking about the difficulties of buying tires online from Tirerack, vs. calling them. It hasn't improved. I just ordered a set of rears online, and it took 25 minutes to order a d*mned set of tires...I could have called Jim or Connor and done it in 3 minutes.

-- They need to label the tires as 'S2000 OEM' like they do Porsches so that we can be sure that we are ordering the correct model. Without calling, it is difficult to tell if you are getting the right ones. They don't say anything about 89W, 92W, JZ or anything else when you choose.
-- When they pop up the new window to show the tire choices, they need something (icon, logo) that shows that you still using the S2KI sponsor link.
-- It would be helpful to add S2KI to the list for the 'How did you hear about us' question.

I want to help fund S2KI, but they are making it much more difficult than it has to be...I came this close: |-| to giving up and calling, and I am sure that you are losing serious bucks.

I have been discussing this with tire rack the last couple days. We are working on a better way to make the purchasing process eaiser.

Thanks for your patience! We've asked them about it before but weren't able to get it resolved. We just want a 5 item list:

full set of S02's
set of rear S02's
full set of S03's
set of rear S03's
Something else

We are working with them as Krazik said and hopefully we can get something easier in place. With the number of tires people here buy it really should be a painless operation. Bing bang tires. Hopefully we will get to that point soon. Your post is most welcome because it demonstrates the frustration and confusion people experience when trying to purchase tires online from Tire Rack. You are not the first.
