Trying to become a member, but when i enter VIN, it says invalid?

i am trying to become a member, but when i enter VIN, it says invalid? so i can't post it on buy and sell forum........i had this agony for about two months! now i can't take it no more! help! haha anyone know why/how to fix this?

I had similiar problem. I bought my car from someone who already had the vin number entered here. Had to PM the management to get it straightened out.
