Default Turnaround time for Admin assist?

I PM'ed and also contacted via the support@ email address - I'm sure they get quite a few requests, so I'm just wondering what the typical turnaround time is (for what I would figure is a pretty easy to execute request)?

You also got an apology for the lack of response.

Having said that, if users need help with login, membership, or password resets, the email address is support@s2ki.com. Turnaround time is 24hrs.

I didn't mind the delay, I figured with a larger site like this, there's bound to be some latency (you should try a popular corvette site for slow...). No apologies needed, I really appreciate it!

I'll make sure to use the correct email if I ever have another issue
