Users with characters in their username are having trouble being recognized by the new V4 software. So far, characters like ! @ $ ' are not being recognized. So, if you know of a user with this issue, please have them contact me and I will remove the characters and they will be allowed to log in.

 

Do we know the whole list of characters causing issues Shelley?

 

No basically exclamation, dashes, apostrophe...
