VIN is valid
VIN is already registered.

I am unable to register my VIN # with the site because the previous
owner was also a member. I sent an email to the address given in the FAQ and i got a "Returned to sender:Message Delivery Failed" message. Please tell me what i can do.

You must PM HondaGal and explain your situation to her. She can make the necessary changes for you. You may have to give her time. She is a very busy lady.
