warranty issues
I know there are a lot of forums around here, but just a suggestion, 'warranty and service' (issues / compliments / complaints / where to go) forum? any thoughts to that one? or would that be looked at as negative by AHM and dealers? if it were tightly moderated, it could work out to our advantage and clean up a lot of the s2000 talk to be more pro-s2000 instead of the warranty/TSB/service issues getting stuck in there.
thoughts?

I think it's worthwhile, although it'd be nice to have some sort of running tally of the comments about specific dealerships. For example, several North Texas folk have some definite opinions on Lute Riley, but a thread started by one user would drop off after a few days if not posted on again.
I agree, a high degree of moderation would be required, because I don't think it'd work out too well as a free-form forum. Subject lines would be best if in a specific format, eg Lute Riley, Dallas TX, sales, duplicates weren't allowed, and all comments are required to have a 1-10 scale rating. And only one comment per user, although they can re-edit their post as much as they want.

to avoid negative posts far beyond truth and are just present for bad-mouthing / bantering / and over all ranting about a particular dealership, it should be suggested to have a very organized way to post 'consumer affairs' reports about dealerships in particular areas. *thinking*

Anything over and above the existing forum concept, I think would be place on the list of things to do, however maybe down the list two far.
It is easy to set up another forum for this purpose, however, as said it would have to be moderated strictly and specific rules.
We do not want to get ourselves in to my doggy doo.
I think cthree should comment on this!
