What ever happened to the Library Forum. I thought it was a great idea at first and I tried to direct people away from questions and discussions there while still tossing them a bone. It seems to have fallen into total disarray lately. I am sure that there are a lot of pressing issues with all the server problems that we had and with the new software implementations but it's really a mess.

Do we have a librarian -- someone who can move threads out of the library that don't belong there and toss them into the proper forums? That certainly would help.

By the way, I posted in the sticky in the Library with a wise ass comment. Feel free to delete my post if it irritates you or I can delete the text out of it if you like.

Again, not trying to be an irritant, but I'm kind of disappointed in what happened to the Library idea as I thought it was a good one.

 

I think we do need a librarian

Without that TLC I dont think it ever stood chance of surviving. I also think it was cthree's intention to move the library content into content in the home section of the site.

 

I see. There is still some good info there in the main part of the forum, just a lot of crap floating around.

 

The librarian would have to move the crap out of the library and put stuff into a consistent format into the library from around the rest of the site. When cthree is back we'll see what he wants to do with it, and if we can get any volunteers for librarians
