I would like to offer for sale a wheel and tire set on S2K forum but the site will not allow me to post and I have been a member for the required amount of time. Whats the problem?

Correct, you have to be a paying member to post things for sale. I'm guessing it is there to help keep the scammers away.

Because it was not what the op was asking and sending people to sites not related to s2ki especially for classifieds is not allowed. If you have other suggestions for the op pm them as they are not what he was asking. Further you take full responsibility of all risk when dealing with others on other sites and s2ki cannot help with any transactions.
