when i open a page, any page the bottom quick reply never loads and even afte i go to the top and click reply it never comes back

is this just me or is everyone else having same problem... screen shot

notice scroll bar is all the way and theirs no quick reply area..

I get that every once in a while. Usually if I refresh the page I get the reply button but sometimes I have to move off the page and return.

 

I notice you have Norton Internet Security running - it is probably that screwing with the page. You need to exclude s2ki from it.

 

how would i do such.. i know copmputers ... but my knowledge extends to mspaint and excel only.lol
