where is the link for user options?

where is the link for user options?

i want to disable avatars and signatures, but I can't find the link anywhere to do this. so can someone point me in the right direction? I don't see it under MyS2000 at the top.

hit that start button you see on the top left. you'll see a drop down come from there that'll give you what you need.
