Where is the 'rate this topic' menu item?

Default Where is the 'rate this topic' menu item?
According to FAQ: ...You may find a small menu on topic pages which allows you to 'rate this topic' with a number between 1-5.

However, I can't seem to find that menu item anywhere. I also don't see the stars indicating the thread rating.

it says "may" meaning you might or might not It was removed for the usual reason that doinks messed it up for everyone. Congrats on reading the docs much appreciated.
