I frequently check the Southern California stuff, but I can't find the regional links from the Forums tab.

"clubs" are a link on the blue tool bar at the top.

Given the sheer number of community forums and their level of use, I would ask that you add a link to the main forum listings (with description) as well, much like the Marketplace. I'm afraid that the link may be a little too easy to miss, especially for the newbies.
