Hey folks,

Here's one for you...
When I open s2ki.com, to the right of the "start button", I see how many users are online, followed by how many new pms I have, followed by how many users are chatting in bold.

When I click on "x users chatting", a new screen pops up with a large text frame (or so it appears), beneath which reads "leave chat" and "need help?"

Problem is, the text box above doesn't contain anything, besides the little I.E. icon showing nothing to be displayed. Any reason why?

Why can't I chat?

I went in there last week just to have a peek. It said I had to log in so I have no idea about this. Also, do you have a firewall like ZoneLabs? I had to turn mine off before I could chat with the old chat room.

 

Are you a cilent on a network, if so that might be the problem. I had the same problem at school. They don't allow online chats.

Talking to myself? Nahh...come on. I have no real friends so I lurk the internet looking for some. I thought the chat room might be a good way to accomplish this.

PS-Ahh yes, to answer your question, no firewall here. Oh well. Maybe its a site issue! I think Cthree described the chat software as "ghetto" That explains a lot!!
